The Customer Support department is pleased to welcome Jason Wofford and Russell McMullan to the Somero Team


The Customer Support department is pleased to welcome Jason Wofford and Russell McMullan onboard!

Jason started working with us on May 4th as a full-time Customer Support Engineer. As a Customer Support Engineer, Jason will be responsible for troubleshooting, actual demonstration and customer training processes. Jason has hands on experience using Somero products on the jobsite. Previously, Jason worked as a Superintendent with AMROAD. Jason will be located in the Florida Global Headquarters and Training Facility.

Russell started working with us on April 4th as a full-time Inside Parts Sales Representative. As an Inside Parts Sales Representative, Russell will be responsible for soliciting and generating parts revenue through phone contact with the company’s existing customer base as well as follow-up of priority shipments. Previously, Russell worked as a Vehicle Mechanic and Recovery Specialist with The U.S. Army Reserve. Russell will be based in our Operations and Support Office in Houghton, Michigan.
